Commercial Pilots Licence

FLIGHT TRAINING

Under the Civil Aviation Authority (part 61), you will require 200 hours total flight time including 100 hours Pilot in Command.

The training will also include:

  • 30 hours cross country training (10 hours dual, 10 hours solo) including a cross country flight test
  • 10 hours instrument flying
  • 10 hours night flying (optional but highly enjoyable)

Once again, it is up to you how fast you complete the Commercial Pilot Licence, bearing in mind time and cost restraints. Weather occasionally dictates time, especially in the winter months.
